Plymon Vibration Consultants, LLC provides a complete array of consulting and training services associated with machinery diagnostics and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Program Management. Since 1986, solving problems associated with industrial components has been the primary focus of Allen Plymon. In 2002, he acquired his Category IV Certification through the Vibration Institute, where he served as Instructor, Board Member, and Executive Vice President over the course of many years. Currently, there are less than 100 Category IV Analysts world-wide. Over the years, Allen’s quest to answer the question of “why” has fueled his desire to identify and implement solutions. “Why is this component vibrating excessively” or “why can’t a particular problem be caught in time to avoid a costly catastrophic failure” or from a Management level, “why isn’t our program operating effectively”? The answer is in our company’s motto, “It’s easy to make an effort. It’s a lot harder to make a difference…”. Through years of solving client reliability issues over a wide range of industry, the need for structure and purpose has become very evident. This ever-present need has led to the formation of Plymon Vibration Consultants, LLC.
